For a few months I was able to experience what it was like to be a customer service representative for one of the most challenging and complex service provider in the U.S. and in these months I was able to learn new exciting things.

Being technical support for one of the largest cable companies was both frightening and exhilarating. Answering customer inquiries and troubleshooting service issues proved to be rewarding every time I was able to get resolve customer issues.

I was promoted to supervisor to oversee and manage a team of 15 agents. Every day I would make sure every agent was present and well attended for. Give them proper coaching, call listening, team huddles and make sure they're all well and healthy.
